The Testing Laboratory
JSC EREC is accredited by The State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM as The Testing Laboratory that carries out tests of valves and heat exchangers at following parameters:
- Pressure (overpressure) – from 0 to 16 MPa (up to 40MPa while strength, density and tightness tests);
- Temperature – form 5 °С to 300 °С;
- Water flow rate – from 0 to 1,6 kg/s.
Besides, JSC EREC is accredited to perform the tests of the equipment of process control system of nuclear power plants on its stability, durability and resistance to external influences. It is possible to perform the tests at following range of parameters:
- Temperature – form 40 °С to 250 °С
- Pressure – form 0,079 to 0,5 MPa
- Working medium – steam-gas mixture.
JSC EREC could perform the tests of valves both in and out the scope of its accreditation. The types of valves that could be tested are
- special valves (the 1st, 2nd, 3rd safety classes according to R&R-001-15);
- safety (relief) valves (DN up to 150);
- shut-off valves (DN 10÷150);
- check valves (DN 10÷150);
- control valves (DN 10÷150);
- multipurpose valves (DN up to 100) – the tests of valves at severe conditions (e.g. Emergencies) are available.
Besides, JSC EREC performs the tests of different types of heat exchangers with water coolant and vapor (both in and out of the range of parameters corresponding to the scope of accreditation).
The outfit, instruments, units and equipment of process control systems of non-nuclear industrial plants should also be tested on stability, durability and resistance to external influences. These tests could be carried out using JSC EREC’s certified Test facility.
